A Senior Lecturer of the University of Calabar, Deputy Director, Directorate of the Business on Campus [DOBOC], Convener of the “Who’s Who Forum of Northern Cross River State”, and Initiator of the “Think – Cross River Initiative”, Dr. DC Enamhe is the Secretary of the Foundation.

A principled, disciplined, and driven environmentalist with interest in teaching, conflict resolution and peace building, Dr. DC Enamhe was Chief of Staff to the former Cross River State Deputy Governor, Chief John Okpa and had served as Special Adviser, Youth, to Governor Liyel Imoke; and subsequently, as Special Adviser, Branding and New Media to Governor Prof. Senator Ben Ayade.

With multiple qualifications in Agriculture, Sociology, Environmental Science, Education, Law, Public Administration, Political Science & Social Work, Dr. DC Enamhe is also a Chattered Mediator from the United Kingdom [UK], a Member of the Nigerian Bar Association [NBA] Remuneration Committee, a Council member of the Section on Public Interest and Development Law of the NBA [SPIDEL], and the President of the Association of Professional Negotiators and Mediators (APNM).
