Mrs. Zainab H. Bio-Ibrahim Esq. is the Director, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Centre, at the Federal High Court of Nigeria. A former Chief Magistrate, Kwara State Judiciary and former Counsel, Adegboyega Awomolo, SAN and Associates; she is passionate about promoting the rule of law, protecting the integrity of the Judiciary,
promoting the advancement of the science of jurisprudence, the promotion of the administration of justice, uniformity of legislation throughout the country; and the promotion of positive reforms in the Nigerian legal system.

Since her call to the Nigerian Bar, her professional experience and trainings cut across Industrial and Labour Relations, the High-level Partnership Program on Judicial Development; Managing Human Resource for Sustainable Output in the Federal High Court; Effective Leadership in the 21st Century; and Management and Administration of the Federal High Court in the Technology Age, amongst others.

She is a member of the Nigerian Magistrate Association, Chairman, Association of Professional Negotiators and Mediators (APNM), amongst other professional associations. She is married with children.
